Our Team

Filip Michalsky, Founder & Managing Partner

Filip is a tech entrepreneur and an AI engineer. He previously co-founded a mortgage lending marketplace which processed over $70M of loans. Filip also co-founded an AI company applying AI agents in the healthcare administration industry. Prior to that, Filip was a Senior Data Scientist at Fidelity Investments where he focused on personalization algorithms and published three papers in top-tier AI research publications.

Filip is currently the founder of Odyssey AI Partners where he partners with growth-stage businesses to help them adopt and implement AI/ML solutions. Specifically, Filip helps businesses with AI adoption in the following functional areas:

1. Empowering products from ideas to workable prototypes with Generative AI/classical AI.
2. Applying large language models on specific domains with proprietary datasets which can give you an edge in your business.
3. Technical guidance and implementation of your most ambitious AI projects.

Through these collaborations thus far, he has tackled diverse areas including personalization, search, data generation and management, sales, marketing, infrastructure, finance, and agent-based modeling.

Filip holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry from Bates College and a Master's of Engineering in Computational Science from Harvard University.
